*Job Summary:*
Rebound Care and Support are seeking to recruit flexible experienced spinal injury support worker to assist a friendly, independent man in his 30\'s who is living with a spinal cord injury (SCI) and is a full-time wheelchair user.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life by providing day-to-day support both at home and out in the community, therefore, driving licence is essential.
*Hours:*
_*Wednesday\'s and Friday\'s 13:00-15:00.*_
*Pay:*
*£20 per hour.*
*Responsibilities*:
* Assisting with light *administrative tasks* (e.g. emails, paperwork, online bookings)
* Supporting with *household duties* such as cooking, laundry, changing bed linen, and general tidying
* Providing *personal assistance* with accessing the community, including attending appointments, shopping, or social activities.
*Experience*
* We are looking for supportive, patient and committed team members to provide the care throughout the day. The ideal candidates will need to have experience in working with SCI clients, active, attention to detail and have a can-do attitude.
*Training & Background Checks*
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
