This is a relationship-led commercial role at the heart of the member experience. You will be the trusted point of contact for members who have already begun a wellness or longevity protocol with us, keeping them engaged, ensuring they see results, and guiding them naturally into the further programmes and services that serve their goals. Success is measured by retention, member satisfaction, and growth in lifetime value, achieved through genuine understanding rather than pressure. You sell by knowing the member, the medicine, and the moment.
What You Will Do
- Own a portfolio of existing members, building long-term relationships founded on trust and discretion.
- Follow up proactively after each protocol, treatment, or consultation to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Identify, and sensitively recommend, the next programmes, memberships, and services that genuinely match each member's goals.
- Convert recommendations into committed bookings and renewals, consistently meeting and exceeding individual revenue targets.
- Work closely with the clinical team so that every recommendation is appropriate, evidence-led, and clinically supported.
- Maintain meticulous records of member preferences, history, and outcomes within our CRM.
- Represent Reborne's house standards in every interaction, in person, by telephone, and in writing.
The Person We Are Looking For
- A proven track record in relationship-led sales, membership, or client management, ideally within luxury, private healthcare, private wealth, hospitality, or a comparable high-end environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal warmth paired with genuine commercial discipline; you build trust and you close.
- The polish, discretion, and emotional intelligence to operate with a discerning, high-net-worth clientele.
- The credibility to discuss clinical and wellness concepts intelligently, with the judgement to know where your role ends and the clinician's begins.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised, with the resilience to own outcomes.
- Genuine alignment with Reborne's values of care, excellence, and integrity.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year you will have established yourself as the trusted advisor to your portfolio, delivered consistent growth in member retention and lifetime value, and become fluent in the full range of Reborne programmes and the clinical thinking behind them.
