Based in the heart of Marylebone, Reborne is a CQC-licensed independent hospital delivering physician-led longevity, preventative health and regenerative medicine to a discerning private clientele. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Clinic Nurse / Head of Nursing Operations to lead nursing delivery across the hospital and help shape the standards of one of London’s most ambitious private clinical environments. This is a senior operational leadership role for a highly capable nurse who combines strong clinical credibility with calm, organised and hands-on leadership.
The Role
You will take ownership of nursing operations across the clinic, overseeing rotas, standards, resourcing and the smooth day-to-day delivery of nursing services. You will lead and support the wider nursing team while also remaining clinically hands-on when required, stepping into patient-facing care to support clinic flow, wellness IV services, diagnostics and physician-led assessments. This is a role for someone who leads from the front: operationally strong, clinically confident and deeply committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Nursing Leadership & Operations
- Lead, develop and support the nursing team across the clinic
- Manage nursing rotas, staffing and operational capacity planning
- Maintain and continuously elevate nursing standards in line with CQC requirements and Reborne’s own service standards
- Act as the day-to-day operational lead for nursing matters within the hospital
- Support recruitment, onboarding, supervision and professional development across the team
- Clinical Delivery
- Deliver wellness and vitamin IV therapies including assessment, consent, cannulation, administration and aftercare
- Support diagnostics, phlebotomy, observations and physician-led patient assessments when required
- Operate a range of clinical diagnostic technologies, with ongoing training provided
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to audit and quality assurance activity
- Standards & Patient Experience
- Champion patient safety, infection prevention, medicines management and clinical governance
- Support compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Ensure every patient interaction reflects the elevated clinical and hospitality standards Reborne is known for
About You
You are a confident and experienced Registered Nurse with strong operational instincts, excellent people leadership skills and a calm, polished presence. You will ideally bring:
- Current unrestricted NMC registration
- Significant post-registration experience, including time in a senior or leadership-level nursing role
- Excellent cannulation and IV therapy skills
- Experience in diagnostics, preventative health, wellness or private healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, governance and safe clinical practice
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to lead with warmth, professionalism and discretion in a high-performance private setting
You are organised, proactive and naturally take ownership. You are equally comfortable leading a team, supporting clinicians and stepping into hands-on clinical care when needed.
