We are now seeking an exceptional Front of House Concierge to become the face and heartbeat of our clinic. This is not a management role. It is a hands-on position for someone genuinely brilliant at creating calm, seamless, deeply considered experiences for discerning clientele.
The Role
As Front of House Concierge, you will own the arrival experience at Reborne. You will be the welcoming presence, the organiser behind the scenes and the person responsible for ensuring every interaction feels polished, intuitive and effortless. You will oversee the front of house environment to impeccable standards, coordinate closely with our clinical and concierge teams, and anticipate client needs before they are spoken. From managing arrivals and refreshments to maintaining the atmosphere and flow of the clinic, you will help create an experience that feels more akin to a world-class private members club or luxury hotel than a traditional healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, discreet and highly personalised welcome to every client and visitor
- Maintain the reception and front of house environment to exceptional standards at all times
- Coordinate daily arrivals and support the smooth running of the clinical diary
- Anticipate client needs with professionalism, emotional intelligence and attention to detail
- Oversee refreshments, presentation, flowers and client comfort throughout the clinic
- Handle enquiries, calls and correspondence with polish and absolute confidentiality
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and the wider concierge team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Act as a calm, reassuring and unflappable presence in a high-performance environment
About You
You are naturally hospitality-led and genuinely take pride in creating exceptional experiences. You may come from a background in:
- Luxury hospitality
- Five-star hotels
- Private members clubs
- Fine dining
- Private aviation or yachting
- High-end wellness or medical environments
You will also be:
- Immaculately presented and highly articulate
- Warm, emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with an exceptional eye for presentation and atmosphere
- Discreet and experienced in working with high-profile or private individuals
- Self-directed, proactive and trusted to take ownership without supervision
