We're working with a leading IT solutions provider looking to appoint an Internal Account Manager to support a Senior Account Manager across an established portfolio of customers. This isn't a cold-calling sales role. Instead, you'll become a key point of contact for existing customers, managing quotations, processing orders, liaising with vendors and distributors, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process. You'll also identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services, helping to maximise account growth while allowing the Senior Account Manager to focus on new business.

What we're looking for:
- Experience working within an IT Reseller or VAR is essential.
- Experience supporting the sale of IT hardware, software, licensing, cloud, or managed services.
- Experience producing quotations, processing orders, and supporting customer accounts.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- International shipping or export experience would be advantageous.
