You’ll be joining at a point where Digital PR is our largest and most established service, but also where it’s evolving fast.
We’re pushing into areas like AiPR, GEO, and more commercially-driven PR strategies, which means there’s real scope to shape how the service develops.
You’ll work closely with Senior Managers, the Head of Department, and cross-functional teams across SEO, Data, and Design, with the space to challenge thinking, introduce new approaches, and strengthen our strategic output.
If you’re someone who cares about doing Digital PR properly, this is a role where your work will genuinely influence both client outcomes and internal standards.
Your objective is to own and deliver high-performing Digital PR strategies across your client portfolio that align with SEO objectives and broader business goals.
You’ll maintain an exceptional bar for quality across the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring strategies are clear, practical, and performance-driven.
Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in raising the standard of the wider team, coaching others, refining approaches, and contributing to how our Digital PR offering continues to evolve.

Digital PR strategy and roadmapping
- Develop SEO-led Digital PR strategies grounded in insight, data, and commercial goals
- Build campaign roadmaps with clear themes, angles, deliverables, and success measures
- Create strong link-earning propositions across a mix of approaches, from reactive to data-led and expert commentary
- Maintain a clear view of performance and know when to adapt or pivot strategy
Quality and standards
- Set the benchmark for what “great” looks like across campaigns
- Review and sense-check key outputs where needed, from ideation through to outreach
- Identify weak direction early and intervene to strengthen narrative and improve outcome potential
- Ensure consistency across campaigns so all output aligns with client goals and Reboot’s standards

- High standards for quality, with the ability to challenge and improve work constructively
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Commercially aware, able to balance creativity with what will deliver results
- Comfortable working with data and performance signals to inform decisions
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Muck Rack, and Buzzstream
You’re someone who is trusted for your thinking, not just your output. You care about quality, you challenge work when it’s not good enough, and you enjoy helping others improve.
You’re proactive, calm under pressure, and motivated by doing better work, not just more work.
This is a senior, client‑facing role at the top of our Digital PR craft.
As a Senior Digital PR Strategist, you’ll own a portfolio of accounts, lead the strategic direction of campaigns, and act as a guardian of quality across everything we put into market.
You’ll be trusted to set campaign rationale, shape narratives, and ensure every piece of work reflects the standard Reboot is known for.
This isn’t a people management role, but it is a leadership role. You’ll influence how we think, how we deliver, and how we raise the bar, coaching the team through feedback, guidance, and strategic direction.
