Key objective

Your objective is to plan and deliver high-performing Digital PR campaigns across EU markets, earning quality coverage and links in relevant international publications. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and achieves KPI targets across different regions. Alongside delivery, you’ll support the wider team by sharing insight on local markets, improving output, and contributing to consistent performance across campaigns.

Core responsibilities

  • Own campaigns from ideation through to outreach and results across EU markets
  • Contribute strong campaign ideas tailored to different regions and audiences
  • Analyse data and research to identify compelling, locally relevant angles
  • Write and refine press materials, adapting tone and messaging where needed
  • Lead outreach across European markets, securing coverage and links
  • Build and develop journalist relationships within your language markets
  • Adapt tactics and angles based on regional performance and media response
  • Monitor coverage and proactively convert mentions into links
  • Stay close to the news agenda across your markets and identify reactive opportunities
  • Share local trends and insights with the team to support ideation

About you

  • Experience working in Digital PR, ideally within an agency
  • Proven ability to secure coverage and links across campaigns
  • Fluent in English, plus at least one or two of the following languages: German, Italian, Dutch, French, or Spanish
  • Strong written communication skills across both English and your chosen language(s)
  • Confident building media lists and running outreach in international markets
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
  • Results-driven, with a clear focus on performance and outcomes
