The Opportunity

We’re looking for results-driven Digital PR Specialists to join our award-winning SEO agency, Reboot Online, and help shape the future of digital PR across either Germany, the Netherlands or Italy. You’ll be joining a high-performing, fully remote team (with a 4-day week, yes really!) and collaborating with Managers and Executives to deliver PR campaigns that don’t just grab attention - they earn high-quality links, drive SEO performance, and deliver results clients can see. You’ll lead on strategic campaign execution, drive media engagement, and be the go-to specialist when it comes to combining creative ideas with smart, SEO-led thinking.

Key Objective

As a Digital PR Specialist for one of our EU markets (DE/NL/IT), you’ll drive the day-to-day strategy and delivery of PR campaigns that land with journalists - and with Google. From link intersect and keyword analysis through to ideation, media outreach, and reporting, this is a hands-on role where you’ll be a key player in securing results, solving problems, and setting the bar for what good looks like in DPR.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead on the planning and execution of Digital PR campaigns - from concept through to coverage
  • Use SEO tools like Ahrefs to conduct link intersects, keyword gap analysis, and inform outreach strategies
  • Write data-led press releases and story angles tailored to journalists in your native market
  • Build and manage custom media lists using platforms like Muck Rack and Buzzstream
  • Spot underperforming campaigns and pivot with confidence - refining outreach, angles or formats
  • Monitor relevant news trends and jump on reactive opportunities
  • Join client WIPs, support in QBRs, and contribute to campaign strategy as the trusted PR expert
  • Mentor Executives on delivery best practices and lead occasional skills workshops
  • Regularly meet and exceed link KPIs, contributing to measurable SEO growth for clients

About You

  • Native-level German, Dutch or Italian speaker
  • Proven Digital PR experience, with a strong portfolio of link placements
  • Confident using Ahrefs to shape DPR SEO strategy and report on impact
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (internal and external)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused - you spot challenges early and act fast
  • Passionate about news, media and SEO - you get the buzz of a campaign landing
  • A natural collaborator - you enjoy bringing others with you and helping them grow
  • Worked on international markets or campaigns previously
