You’ll be joining at a point where demand is strong and the opportunity to grow accounts is clear. This role gives you real ownership across the full commercial journey, not just closing deals, but influencing how we pitch, how we position ourselves, and how we grow existing clients. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, shaping meaningful partnerships with brands and helping drive the next phase of agency growth.

Key objective: Your primary objective is to drive measurable agency growth by converting qualified opportunities into revenue and building client relationships that expand over time. You’ll take ownership of the full commercial journey, leading prospects from initial conversation through to close with clarity, confidence, and pace. You’ll shape strategic responses that position Reboot strongly, handle objections effectively, and guide clients towards decision. Post-sale, you’ll remain close to your accounts, ensuring momentum is maintained and opportunities for growth are actively identified and progressed.

Core responsibilities:

  • New business ownership: Own the end-to-end journey of qualified opportunities, from discovery through to close. Lead discovery calls, identifying client challenges and shaping tailored solutions. Develop and present pitch strategies in collaboration with internal teams. Guide prospects through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity. Maintain momentum across opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression.
  • Client growth and retention: Stay close to newly won clients post-sale as a consistent commercial contact. Build strong relationships through regular check‑ins, meetings, and in‑person touchpoints. Identify opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, and account expansion. Support and attend QBRs where appropriate, ensuring a strong commercial narrative. Act as a bridge between client expectations and delivery teams.
  • Strategic collaboration: Work closely with Heads of Department to ensure proposals are commercially strong and achievable. Translate client needs into clear, strategic responses and scopes of work. Support onboarding by aligning pitch promises with delivery plans and roadmaps. Feed insight back into Sales and Marketing to improve positioning and targeting.
  • Market presence: Represent Reboot in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities. Build your own presence within the industry. Contribute to thought leadership and content where relevant.

About you: Proven experience in a commercially focused, client‑facing role (agency experience preferred). Strong track record of contributing to or closing retained work (bonus for enterprise level accounts). Confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders. Commercially aware, with a natural instinct for identifying growth opportunities. Comfortable leading conversations, presenting ideas, and influencing decisions. Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple opportunities at once. Experience across SEO, Content, or Digital PR is advantageous.
