Job Overview
As a Freelance Data Center Technician, you will play a key role in delivering on‑demand support to our global data centers.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other hardware to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime.
- Monitor data center operations remotely and on site, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices, including Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring secure and efficient network operations.
- Manage and troubleshoot both Linux and Windows‑based systems, performing updates, patches, and security enhancements.
- Document all installations, repairs, maintenance tasks, and system performance, providing comprehensive reports to the remote management team.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the integrity of the data center infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
