The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior capital markets professional to lead institutional coverage and origination at ReBloom. You will manage relationships with our most significant existing clients while driving new institutional mandates at scale. This is a role for someone who has operated at the highest levels of institutional finance and who is genuinely excited about the vision of re-engineering private market infrastructure, and wants to play a defining role in making that happen. Compensation is uncapped and structured around performance. The best performers will earn accordingly.
What You Will Do
- Work on complex, high-value transactions from origination through to execution, with full support from our platform and operational team
- Own relationships with a portfolio of top-tier institutional clients — asset managers, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, investment banks, and specialist funds
- Drive institutional origination: identify, qualify, and develop new large-scale mandates
- Collaborate with the CEO and founding team on commercial strategy and market expansion
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback that shapes product and platform development
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience in one or more of: institutional investing and/or trading, capital markets origination, venture capital or private equity deal execution, or senior coverage of large institutional investors
- An established network within institutional investment — asset managers, family offices, sovereign wealth, or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex, high-value relationships and transactions
- Commercial seriousness: you understand the weight of large mandates and operate with appropriate rigour
- Entrepreneurial — you want to build, not just manage. You are genuinely excited about what ReBloom is becoming and want a significant role in shaping it
- Strong communicator; able to operate credibly across senior investment professionals globally
