The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, commercially curious person to join our market development effort. You will analyse the institutional landscape, identify and research potential clients, and take active ownership of outreach and pipeline conversion. If you are excited about private markets and want to play a meaningful role in building something that is already working and accelerating, this is the right place. This role is open to both full-time candidates and those looking to combine it with ongoing studies β what matters most is drive, commercial instinct, and the ability to communicate credibly with a sophisticated audience.
What You Will Do
β Map and analyse the institutional investor and asset manager landscape to identify high-potential prospects
β Lead structured outreach to new and existing clients across our target segments
β Research companies, funds, and individuals to build context before outreach
β Manage pipeline tracking and follow-up cadences in our CRM
β Work closely with the CEO and senior commercial team on deal preparation and client communication
β Synthesise market intelligence into actionable insights for the commercial team
What We Are Looking For
β Strong analytical mindset β you enjoy researching markets, mapping landscapes, and finding patterns
β Confident communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to engage credibly with institutional professionals
β Interest in private markets, venture capital, asset management, or financial technology
β Proactive and structured β you take ownership and follow through
β Genuine enthusiasm for what ReBloom is building β you want to be part of something significant, not just fill a role
β Prior internship or work experience in finance, investment, consulting, or a commercial role is a plus β not a requirement
β Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage
