The Opportunity

We are looking for a CMO who combines deep understanding of institutional capital markets with the resourcefulness and ingenuity of an early-stage builder. Our audience is sophisticated — asset managers, family offices, investment banks, fund managers — and reaching them requires someone who can operate credibly in those circles while finding unconventional, high‑leverage ways to drive awareness and growth without a large marketing budget. You will own the full marketing function from day one, build it largely from scratch, and shape how ReBloom is perceived across global institutional markets.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute ReBloom's institutional marketing and brand strategy — with creativity and resourcefulness at the core
  • Find unconventional, high‑leverage ways to reach and engage institutional decision‑makers without relying on big‑budget channels
  • Build and lead content, thought leadership, and communications programs targeting asset managers, family offices, and institutional investment professionals
  • Develop market positioning and messaging that resonates with a sophisticated financial audience
  • Drive awareness and credibility in target markets across Europe, the UK, and North America
  • Work closely with the CEO and commercial team to align marketing with deal flow and business development priorities
  • Own digital presence, events strategy, and PR — testing, iterating, and doubling down on what works

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience marketing to or within institutional investment markets — asset management, private equity, wealth management, investment banking, or similar
  • Deep understanding of how institutional decision‑makers think, consume information, and engage with new platforms
  • Proven ability to build brand authority and credibility in a sophisticated B2B financial context — with limited resources and high ambition
  • Strong writer and communicator — you can distill complex financial concepts into compelling narratives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine excitement about building something new; you want to be a meaningful part of what ReBloom becomes, not just execute a brief
  • Resourceful and creative — you know how to generate impact without a big team or budget behind you
  • Experience in fintech, capital markets, or private markets is a strong advantage
