We're looking for more great people to join an exceptional team of employee-owners. As a 100% employee-owned company, we all have a voice and a role in working to enhance each other's retirements. We have a 4 day full time work week.

Experience in plastic injection molding is not necessary, we will train. We mould plastic parts for a variety of industries, including defense, aerospace, medical, industrial and consumer products. Our defense business is growing, and you can help support our military by working here.

We need first and second shift operators:

  • First Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs
  • Second Shift: 4:15pm-2:45am Mon-Thurs

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorisations from the U.S. Department of State.

Must read/write/speak English. Must be able to occasionally lift 30 lb. Must both stand and sit in a stationary position as well as manually manipulate parts for up to 2 hours at a time. Must have adequate vision to inspect parts and labels. Drug test and background check required.

Salary: $18.00 per hour (first shift rate), $20.00 per hour (second shift rate)

Profitability bonuses after first year: They vary, but are typically around $1000 per quarter.
