Reblade specialises in windfarm decommissioning and blade waste innovation, offering owner operators turnkey solutions for fleet decommissioning and the sustainable processing of composite blade material. Our flagship material innovation, BladeBoard®, is a structural composite plank manufactured from shredded decommissioned blades and represents a significant step forward in closing the loop on wind energy waste.
Location: Reblade is a Glasgow-based business and office-based working is welcome. However, we will also consider hybrid and home-based working. Some travel will be required.
Contract: This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Proven track record in B2B business development, ideally within renewables, waste management, heavy industry or the built environment.
- Experience taking an industrial process or product through from proof of concept to an operational and licensed facility.
- Familiarity with UK waste regulations and environmental permitting requirements.
- Full driving license.
- Experience with composite materials, manufacturing processes or circular economy product development.
- Existing network within the UK wind energy or waste management sectors.
