Company Overview
Reblade is growing and we are looking for commercially minded people to join our team. We are now welcoming applications for a new senior position, leading Reblade's material management workstreams. Reblade specialises in windfarm decommissioning and blade waste innovation, offering owner operators turnkey solutions for fleet decommissioning and the sustainable processing of composite blade material. Our flagship material innovation, BladeBoard®, is a structural composite plank manufactured from shredded decommissioned blades and represents a significant step forward in closing the loop on wind energy waste.
Role Purpose
This is a senior, outward-facing role responsible for Reblade's material management workstreams. You will drive business development for our recycling services and BladeBoard® product line, taking ownership of the infrastructure required to deliver those services at scale. You will be the primary interface between Reblade's technical capability and the Tier 1 market demand.
Location: Reblade is a Glasgow-based business and office-based working is welcome. However, we will also consider hybrid and home-based working. Some travel will be required.
Contract: This is a full-time, permanent position.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven track record in B2B business development, ideally within renewables, waste management, heavy industry or the built environment
- Experience taking an industrial process or product through from proof of concept to an operational and licensed facility
- Familiarity with UK waste regulations and environmental permitting requirements
- Ability to operate at senior level with clients, regulators and supply chain partners
- Full driving license
Desirable:
- Experience with composite materials, manufacturing processes or circular economy product development
- Existing network within the UK wind energy or waste management sectors
