Thinking about a future in games, entertainment, or media? Rebellion's work experience programme at our Oxford studio is designed for KS4/KS5 students who are curious, creative, and keen to learn. This is a chance to step inside a real games company, shadow industry professionals, learn how different departments operate, and see how ideas turn into finished products.
Whether you're curious about programming, art, design, marketing, operations, or support roles, there'll be a place for you to explore your interests. You'll build confidence, pick up useful skills, and get advice on possible education and career paths in games and related creative industries. Requirements- A genuine passion for the gaming, film, or publishing industries.
- Enthusiasm for learning, with a proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
- Dependable, reliable, and committed to demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Residing in the UK and within commuting distance of Oxford.
- Currently studying at Key Stage 4 or 5 (GCSE or A-Level equivalent).
- Available to attend work experience during the weeks June 29th – July 3rd or July 13th – July 17th 2026.
- Applications must be submitted by February 15th, 2026.

Renowned for its rich historical backdrop and esteemed educational institutions, Oxford offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity, with its beautiful architecture and green spaces. Oxford also boasts excellent transport links, making it easy to navigate both the city and the wider country. The city's train station, just a short walk from our studio, offers frequent services to London, as well as direct routes to major cities like Birmingham, Manchester, and Reading and we also offer free parking at the studio.
Our open-plan office promotes teamwork and innovation, with regular interaction with senior management and other departments, alongside access to free hot drinks, a handy tuck shop onsite and a range of local pubs, cafes and dining options nearby helping make every workday enjoyable.
