Rebellion is an independent games studio with a proprietary cross‑platform engine. We are looking for experienced Engine Programmers to shape the technical foundation of our projects. This role can be based in our Oxford or Warwick studios. We offer a relocation package, including moving assistance and temporary accommodation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the console games industry using C/C++, ideally with a focus on technical programming within a cross‑platform engine.
  • High‑level knowledge and understanding of C++.
  • High‑level knowledge and understanding of system design and 3D maths.
  • High‑level knowledge and understanding of various game engines.
  • Easily able to work on large existing codebases.
  • Able to provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems with minimal assistance.
  • High‑level knowledge and understanding of the video game development process.
  • Easily able to adapt to new processes or pipelines.
