We are looking for a talented Senior Audio Programmer to join our passionate and experienced Tech team and be part of one of our exciting new large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing and testing new audio features in the engine and maintaining and updating the existing code base.
- Developing and maintaining tools for designers to author content.
- Working closely with designers to develop new features and identify issues.
- Collaborating with other teams to meet their game development needs.
- Research and evaluate new game audio technology.
- Be a champion for audio in the company.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in gaming or software development with strong C/C++ expertise.
- A genuine enthusiasm for audio programming.
- Experienced in working with and enhancing large, existing codebases.
- Able to tackle a variety of complex challenges independently.
- In-depth understanding of the video game development lifecycle.
- Quick to adapt to new workflows and processes.
- Previous experience in an audio programming role is a definite advantage.
