Responsibilities

  • Write robust test plans for every feature—cover all paths, edge cases, and sneaky combos…no bugs can slip through the test runs.
  • Hunt down risks before they hit production—identify where things can break and get issues fixed before anyone notices.
  • Think systemically—visualise how game systems interact and how features influence one another.
  • Lead and mentor the squad—share knowledge, help prop up processes, and lift the team’s performance.
  • Communicate like a pro—report problems clearly to designers, devs and production.

Qualifications

  • Proven QA experience in games.
  • Self‑driven ability to craft detailed test plans without mandate.
  • Strong focus on edge cases, system interaction and risk management rather than only golden paths.
  • Mentoring experience—keep teams sharp.
  • Contract Details

Fixed‑term contract covering mandatory maternity leave obligations, concluding August 2027. On‑site at any of our Oxford, Warwick or Runcorn studios.
