Responsibilities
- Write robust test plans for every feature—cover all paths, edge cases, and sneaky combos…no bugs can slip through the test runs.
- Hunt down risks before they hit production—identify where things can break and get issues fixed before anyone notices.
- Think systemically—visualise how game systems interact and how features influence one another.
- Lead and mentor the squad—share knowledge, help prop up processes, and lift the team’s performance.
- Communicate like a pro—report problems clearly to designers, devs and production.

- Strong focus on edge cases, system interaction and risk management rather than only golden paths.

Fixed‑term contract covering mandatory maternity leave obligations, concluding August 2027. On‑site at any of our Oxford, Warwick or Runcorn studios.
