We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Producer to join our passionate production team, to provide day‑to‑day support on one of our games. The ideal candidate will be proficient in project management with an aptitude for prioritising, multi‑tasking, and excellent communication. This role is based at our riverside headquarters in Oxford, offering a creative and relaxed atmosphere where teamwork drives our success. Responsibilities
- Support scheduling of deliverables and track tasks through completion.
- Support collaboration on cross‑discipline teams: planning and breakdowns in Jira, identifying risks, troubleshooting communication, and managing dependency issues.
- Ensure the production framework is adhered to, raise issues, and collaborate on continuous improvements.
- Plan and review milestones: facilitate milestone planning meetings, review builds against deliverables, facilitate review meetings, and produce milestone reports.
- Participate in key meetings, produce documents, and track action points & risks on Confluence.
- Coordinate with external partners when required.
- Manage and maintain Localisation/LocQA: keep information up‑to‑date and organised, arrange quotes, manage bugs and feedback, and arrange sign‑off.
- Share builds and compile build notes for QA; ensure QA has relevant information for efficient testing.
- Identify release candidates, store them in a predefined safe location, and liaise with the submissions department to submit and release builds on schedule.
- Coordinate release of screenshots and demos with the marketing team and development partners.
- Liaise with the Community Support team: inform them of potential issues, help solve reported issues, and update on fixes in the next release.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the production team on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Understanding of agile development.
- Understanding of source control systems such as Perforce.
- Excellent teamwork and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with clear and accurate verbal and written language.
- Ability to schedule and plan ahead, set and prioritise objectives, inspire and delegate to deliver results.
- Pro‑active and motivated, able to cope well and act decisively and sensitively under pressure.
