We are looking for an experienced and commercially‑focused People Business Partner to join our People & Talent team. In this role you will work closely with leaders across business areas, acting as a trusted advisor on all people‑related matters. You will help deliver both people and business strategies, providing expert guidance, coaching and practical HR solutions that support high‑performing teams and a positive employee experience. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our people agenda, influencing leaders, and creating an environment where both employees and the business can thrive.

Location: Our riverside headquarters in Oxford. We provide a relocation package including assistance, temporary accommodation and full support.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and managers, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, organisational change, and people development.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
  • Lead and support HR projects that enhance employee experience, improve processes, and support business growth.
  • Champion company culture, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
  • A pragmatic, commercially‑mindful approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.
