Joiner

• Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including roofs, doors, windows, and furniture.

• Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials.

• Perform heavy lifting and manoeuvring of materials on-site.

• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers to ensure seamless project execution.

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures as required.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our property maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry and joinery, with the ability to fabricate and assemble various structures and components. This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools, as well as the capability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Joiner will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards., * Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter is essential.
