We are looking for someone with a good few years of experience working with C++ and surrounding tech. Coming from a military/defence/aviation background would be beneficial. You should enjoy getting your hands dirty and tinkering with tech, especially hardware and low-level code. An interest in aerospace and understanding how hardware and software fit together is ideal.
You will be someone who enjoys solving complex problems and can work reliably as part of a team. Good communication skills are essential, as you will need to interact with others, share thoughts, and put forward ideas. The company offers a supportive environment where your work is needed, appreciated, and rewarded, with good career progression.
