Are you an experienced Business Architect looking to shape the future of UK Defence capability and innovation? It is essential that you have a current SC Clearance.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join a high-profile defence environment, working at the forefront of transformation, organisational modernisation and capability development. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, design future operating models and help deliver complex change programmes that support Defence objectives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across defence organisations, programme teams and industry partners to translate strategic goals into practical business capabilities, governance structures, operating models and transformation roadmaps. The role offers significant exposure to major defence initiatives, emerging technologies and future concepts including artificial intelligence, automation, data-centric security and digital transformation.

Success in this role will come from your ability to understand complex organisations, identify capability improvements and develop architecture solutions that align people, process, information and technology. You will be comfortable facilitating senior workshops, challenging existing approaches and providing clear recommendations that support informed decision-making.

To be successful, you will bring strong business architecture experience gained within defence, government or other highly regulated environments, alongside expertise in operating model design, capability mapping, organisational change and enterprise transformation.
