We're looking for an exceptional RF Systems Engineer who thrives on solving some of the most complex challenges in the radio frequency domain. You'll be a recognised expert in RF design, bringing deep technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to developing sophisticated radio frequency solutions. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design and development of advanced RF systems from concept through to delivery.
- Applying your expertise in radio signal detection, analysis, and jamming technologies.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to a team of two electronic hardware engineers.
- Driving system architecture decisions and ensuring technical excellence across RF and electronic hardware development.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Acting as a technical authority within the business and contributing to future technology roadmaps.
- Engaging directly with customers and stakeholders where required, helping to shape solutions and build trusted relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive, hands-on experience in RF system design gained over a significant engineering career.
- Expert-level understanding of RF technologies, architectures, and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of radio signal detection, electronic warfare, jamming, or related RF applications.
- Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
