The Opportunity
In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing sales and accounts across multiple business entities. You'll be trusted with maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cashflow through effective credit control, and ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working closely with senior finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the debtors ledger across multiple entities
- Processing and raising sales invoices using QuickBooks
- Handling credit control and customer account queries
- Posting and reconciling sales receipts and bank transactions
- Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
- Credit card analysis and reconciliations
- Intercompany invoicing and postings
- Supporting month-end processes and ad hoc projects
- Providing cover within the finance team when required
About You
You'll be organised, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers and systems. You'll take pride in accuracy and enjoy being a reliable point of contact for both colleagues and customers.

- Experience using QuickBooks
- Strong Excel skills
