Role: Application Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £35k plus benefits
Location: Birmingham office
Working Model: flexible working hours and location. You can come into the office as much or as little as you like. The average, I would say, is twice a month.

I am looking for an Application Support Engineer to join a busy team of 3, sitting in the engineering team and taking on a crucial part of liaising with the developers.
You will be actively troubleshooting and resolving application support incidents. Each ticket will present a new issue, as this is a purpose-built SAAS platform. You will tackle each ticket with a two-prong approach: firstly fixing the issue for the client and then investigating why the problem occurred to ensure it doesn\’t happen again.
Exposure to investigating and diagnosing technical support issues in an integrated system is required. SQL skills at an intermediate level are imperative. A desire to gain knowledge with C# and Azure is an advantage.
