Location: Crewe
Working Arrangement: 2 days a month
Salary: Up to £50k
Do you have a flair for design? Are you able to work in a fast-paced, cross-platform team? If so, read on as this could be the perfect role for you…. You will thrive working in an agile environment and will enjoy solving real user problems. You will be able to bring creativity and structure to the design process. You will be designing user-friendly and scalable experiences on iOS, Android and web applications. You will have the opportunity to shape and evolve the design strategy and influence product direction across multiple platforms.
You will have had experience of leading the design process from the discovery stage, all the way through to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring that they are developer-ready assets. You will be a collaborative individual who has experience working with Product Managers and developers. You will be able to conduct user research and testing in order to validate design decisions and identify any areas for improvement. You will be working to maintain and evolve the designs in order to ensure consistency and scalability. Contribution is key within this role as you will be involved in integrating new features into existing product ecosystems.
What am I looking for:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in Figma
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping and rapid iteration workflows
- Familiarity with native and React-based design systems
- Able to follow and maintain brand guidelines
- An advocate for user-centred designs
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies is a bonus
