This one is a proper Product role. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager who can own outcomes, lead squads, manage stakeholders and drive real commercial impact across a global e-commerce environment. You’ll be joining a business going through a major digital and technology transformation, with plenty of scope, visibility and influence.
The role will give you ownership across key product domains including:
- UX across global e-commerce platforms
- Fulfilment and customer service operations workstreams
- Product discovery, strategy, prioritisation and delivery
- Experimentation, optimisation and measurable business outcomes
- Stakeholder management across multiple regions and markets
You’ll be working closely with engineering, design, analytics and commercial teams, helping shape the direction of the product function while also mentoring and supporting others around you. We’re not looking for a pure technical Product Manager, but you do need to be technically strong enough to understand the detail, ask the right questions and work properly with engineering teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in Product Management
- Strong digital, e-commerce or SaaS background
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end
- Someone who can lead squads, not just manage tickets
- A proper outcome-focused mindset
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across different markets
- Someone who can bring structure, clarity and pace
Nice to have would be exposure to Shopify, platform migrations, experimentation tools, UX-led product work, customer service platforms or complex multi-market environments.
The package:
- Circa £80k base salary, up to 20% bonus, Bupa health cash plan, Life assurance, Birthday off, Staff discounts, Retail perks & freshly ground coffee and fresh fruit available at the office with free parking
This is currently 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. That won’t be for everyone, and we know the market has moved. However, for the right person who wants a senior product role with real ownership, visibility and the chance to make a proper impact, this is a very strong opportunity. Salary is pitched around £80k, but there is some flexibility for the right person above that mark.
We welcome diverse applicants and are dedicated to treating all applicants with dignity and respect, regardless of background.
