We're looking for an IT Support Technician with experience supporting SAP Business One (SAP B1) or a similar ERP system to join our friendly, collaborative IT team. As our business continues to expand its use of SAP B1, you'll play a key role in supporting users, improving systems and helping deliver new functionality across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with colleagues across the business, and making a genuine impact in a growing international manufacturing company.
The Opportunity
You'll become the ERP specialist within our small IT team, providing day-to-day support to users, working alongside our external SAP partner to resolve technical issues, and helping develop new features and improvements within the system. Alongside ERP support, you'll also contribute to the wider IT function, working with colleagues to ensure our systems remain reliable, secure and effective. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.
What You'll Bring
You'll have experience supporting SAP Business One or another ERP platform and enjoy working directly with users to understand problems and deliver practical solutions. You're organised, analytical and able to manage your own workload while collaborating effectively with others.

- Experience writing and supporting Microsoft SQL.
- Experience of SAP Business One, manufacturing environments, and ERP modules or add-ons would be an advantage but isn't essential.
Why Join Us?
You'll join a business that continues to invest in technology and innovation. You'll be trusted to take ownership, encouraged to develop your technical skills, and supported by a close-knit IT team where your ideas and contributions will make a real difference.
