Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights? Whether you're an experienced Data Analyst looking to move into Analytics Engineering, an early-career professional eager to develop modern data skills, or an established Analytics Engineer looking for greater ownership, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is centred on analytics engineering—building data models, defining trusted business metrics, and working closely with stakeholders to solve commercial challenges. Data infrastructure, ingestion and platform engineering are managed by a dedicated team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality analytics that influence business decisions.

The Opportunity

You'll work across the full analytics lifecycle, developing warehouse models that power reporting, creating trusted business metrics, building dashboards, and partnering with teams across Commercial, Product, Finance and Engineering to answer complex business questions. You'll also help make data more accessible by improving documentation, supporting self-service analytics and contributing to AI-powered tools that help colleagues explore and understand data more effectively.

No two days are the same. You'll work on projects ranging from revenue and conversion metrics to customer journey analysis, payment performance and predictive analytics, with the opportunity to influence how data is used across the business.

Grow Your Career

They've intentionally kept the level of this role flexible because we're interested in potential as much as experience. Depending on where you are in your career, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in analytics engineering, expand into data engineering technologies, or develop into a trusted partner for senior business stakeholders, leading strategic analytical initiatives. Your development will be shaped around your strengths, interests and career ambitions.

About You

The one essential technical requirement is strong SQL skills. Beyond that, they're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, can work independently, communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders and is excited by continuous learning.

You don't need experience with every technology they use. If you have analytical curiosity, strong fundamentals and the willingness to learn tools such as dbt, BigQuery, semantic modelling, BI platforms and AI-assisted development, they'll support you in building those skills.

AI is embedded into the way the team works. They use modern AI tools to accelerate model development, documentation, code reviews and analytical exploration, allowing our people to spend more time on critical thinking, stakeholder collaboration and solving business problems. You'll be encouraged to use AI as a productivity partner while remaining accountable for the quality, accuracy and impact of your work. If you're excited by combining analytical expertise with emerging technology, you'll feel right at home.

You'll join a collaborative team where your ideas are valued, your work has visible impact and your development is actively supported. You'll work on meaningful business challenges, learn modern analytics engineering practices and have the freedom to shape both your role and your career as the business continues to grow.

We welcome diverse applicants and are dedicated to treating all applicants with dignity and respect, regardless of background.
