What you’ll do
* Build & deliver smart, creative, data-driven search + merch strategies
* Tune Algolia (or similar) to make relevancy actually relevant
* Shape PLPs, brand listings and product ranking using AI-fuelled logic
* Own experiments. A/B test, iterate, prove the uplift
* Spot customer pain points and fix them better, faster, smarter
* Present weekly trading insights with confidence
* Get stuck into big digital projects — including next-gen AI features
