Do you enjoy working with data, solving problems and making sure information is accurate, reliable and useful? We’re looking for a Data Platform Analyst to join an established team and help support the day-to-day running and continued improvement of a cloud-based data platform.

You’ll work across a range of systems, helping to make sure data moves accurately between CRM platforms, payment systems and the wider data environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on data extracts, reporting and analysis that support teams across the organisation.

A big part of the role will involve using SQL, Python and Snowflake to produce datasets and analytical outputs, as well as maintaining data mappings, transformations and integrations between different business systems.

You’ll investigate and resolve data quality, reconciliation and integration issues, working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to understand what has gone wrong and put the right fix in place. You’ll also support KPI reporting, dashboards and complex data selections, including segmentation and audience analysis.

There will be plenty of scope to improve existing processes too, particularly through automation and scripting to reduce manual work. Alongside the technical side, you’ll help maintain documentation, process maps and procedures, while supporting good data governance and making sure information is handled in line with organisational policies and GDPR requirements.

You’ll need experience working with Python and SQL, alongside an understanding of data integration, mapping and transformation. Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, CRM systems and troubleshooting data quality or integration issues would be particularly useful.

This would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of data but can also explain technical information clearly to people who aren’t technical. Attention to detail, good organisation and the ability to manage deadlines are important.

If you’re looking for a role where you can use your data skills across a varied environment and have a genuine impact on how data is managed and used, please apply now or get in touch to find out more. We welcome diverse applicants and are dedicated to treating all applicants with dignity and respect, regardless of background.
