Ready to work on digital experiences that millions of people actually use, and actually influence what they see? This isn’t a backseat “optimisation” job. This is hands-on, data-driven, AI-powered impact from day one.
We’re partnered with a major multi-brand powerhouse who move fast, think big, and expect people who back themselves. The team is lean. The opportunities are huge. And they’re crying out for someone who wants to take ownership and run with it.
What you’ll do:
- Build & deliver smart, creative, data-driven search + merch strategies
- Tune Algolia (or similar) to make relevancy actually relevant
- Shape PLPs, brand listings and product ranking using AI-fuelled logic
- Own experiments. A/B test, iterate, prove the uplift
- Spot customer pain points and fix them better, faster, smarter
- Present weekly trading insights with confidence
- Get stuck into big digital projects — including next-gen AI features
This isn’t BAU. This is building, improving, testing and owning.
Who we want:
- Someone hungry. Sharp. Curious. Someone who wants responsibility, not babysitting.
- You’ll thrive here if you:
- Love data, logic and making the customer journey better
- Have experience in CRO, onsite search, analytics or digital optimisation
- Enjoy problem-solving and experimenting
- Don’t freeze under pressure
- Want a role that actually grows your career — not just your CV
What you get:
- Real ownership — your vertical, your roadmap, your impact
- Access to AI-led optimisation & cutting-edge tooling
- A buzzing office culture (yes, people actually like being there)
- Visibility across a massive digital function
- A role that fast-tracks your skills and progression if you lean in
- Not for coasters. Perfect for someone who wants to step up.
Want to build something that actually matters? Send your CV to Jules at Rebel Recruiters.
