What you’ll be doing:

- Taking high-level asks and turning them into clear, structured requirements.
- Working closely with dev teams to shape solutions and break work down properly.
- Owning backlog quality — detailed stories, acceptance criteria, zero ambiguity.
- Keeping delivery on track — spotting risks early and pushing things forward.
- Running workshops, demos and stakeholder sessions with confidence.
- Making sure what’s delivered actually matches what was needed.
This isn’t a “sit back and document” role — you’ll be right in the thick of delivery.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong Business Analysis experience in a fast‑paced product/tech environment.
- Confident communicator — able to challenge, influence and align stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail (you spot gaps others miss).
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Ability to juggle priorities without dropping standards.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
- Data querying / validating outputs.
- APIs (understanding inputs/outputs, testing, validation).
