What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the full sales function and commercial strategy
- Defining how the business targets, qualifies, and converts customers
- Making customer expansion a core growth driver
- Protecting pricing, margins, and deal quality
- Building and coaching a small team of Business Development Managers
- Creating clear, repeatable sales processes and enablement
- Maintaining accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
- Working closely with Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Leadership
