The Role
We’re hiring aDigital Account Manager- a high-performer who brings more than technical know-how. You’ll be steering results-driven digital campaigns withclear intent, overseeing clients and internal teams, and constantly optimising for ROI.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You\’ll need sharp analytical skills, aproactive mindset, and the ability to take fullcontrolof campaigns that deliver real business results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, build and run PPC and digital campaigns that convert – across Meta, Google, Programmatic DSPs, and more
- Develop and execute integrated e‑commerce strategies, including setting up and optimising Shopify stores, feed management for Google Shopping and Meta Catalogue, and marketplace campaigns
- Configure, manage and maintain HubSpot CRM and marketing‑automation workflows to nurture leads, recover abandoned carts and drive repeat purchases
- Continuously test, optimise, and scale campaigns (including product‑specific ads and dynamic remarketing) to drive down CPA and increase return
- Lead and manage digital projects with full control from briefing to execution, including e‑commerce site enhancements and checkout‑flow A/B tests
- Build trust and momentum with clients – owning relationships and delivering with consistency
- Collaborate with designers, developers, account managers and marketing strategists to deliver high‑impact campaigns and site‑level improvements (CRO, speed, UX)
- Dive deep into data – identify trends, report performance (including Enhanced E‑commerce in Analytics), and use insight to drive decisions
- Translate client briefs into digital strategy that delivers sales, not just clicks
- Present insights, results, and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence
- Report on KPIs, performance metrics (revenue per visitor, average order value, etc.) and campaign growth directly to the Senior Management Team and CEO
What You’ll Need
- At least 5 years of agency experience in a fast‑moving environment
- Proven expertise in PPC, paid social, digital strategy, Google Analytics (including Enhanced E‑commerce) and Excel
- Hands‑on experience building and optimising Shopify (and/or Magento, WooCommerce) stores and product feeds
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM – from list segmentation and email workflows to reporting and integrations
- A laser‑sharp focus on performance, optimisation, and client success
- A solutions‑first mindset – you spot opportunities, not problems
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to link actions directly to business outcomes
- Experience with dynamic remarketing, site‑wide A/B testing tools, and marketing‑automation best practices
