We welcome Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or Barristers - providing you have sufficient expertise and experience practising employment law and handling cases in the Employment Tribunal in England and Wales.

The role involves:

  • Running your own cases competently without micromanagement within a supportive environment
  • Managing and resolving workplace disputes
  • Managing complex employment tribunal cases
  • Providing a caring and responsive service to clients with disabilities
  • Representing clients in discrimination, redundancy and unfair dismissal matters
  • A varied caseload of claimant and respondent contentious matters
  • Managing terminations of senior professionals
  • Drafting employment contracts policies and procedures
  • Advising small businesses and providing HR support
  • Negotiating settlement agreement terms
  • Drafting and advising on settlement agreements
  • Advising on restrictive covenants and confidentiality terms
  • Advocacy

You will have experience in:

  • Advising and representing clients in discrimination, redundancy and unfair dismissal matters
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements
  • Resolving workplace disputes
  • Managing employment tribunal cases
  • Catering to a wide range of different types of client
  • Contentious claimant work

You will:

  • Provide exemplary client service and outstanding quality of work
  • Be happy, self-disciplined, and organised to work effectively and efficiently from home
  • Have a suitable, confidential and safe workspace at home to use
  • Be diligent, honest and meticulous

The practical stuff:

  • The basic salary range is £40K to £60K depending on experience, plus employer pension contribution
  • You can earn commission on top
  • If you are more experienced and established in your career, come with a following or solid referral network and a billing history and have a realistic business plan for generating income, then we can consider a higher salary range than that stated
