As a brand, we are customer and digitally focused, entrepreneurial, passionate and positive.

Our Goals

With plenty of organic growth firmly established, we are seeking an experienced, goal-orientated and dynamic eCommerce Manager (a newly created role) to join our team on a full or part-time basis. We have ambitious targets for the continued growth of the brand and seek an individual who can contribute to our planned success with meaningful insights and application of expert knowledge. • Embracing a scale up mentality within the team as we continue to grow

We’re Looking For:

Mindset:

  • A strong interest in the Digital & eCommerce industries, with a genuine passion for user experience and a natural curiosity
  • A broad understanding of the components which make a website successful, from tech partners to best practice design and conversion rate optimisation
  • Excellent ability to crunch metrics and analyse areas for optimisation
  • Ambitious, with the potential to become a future leader within the brand
  • A positive outlook, excellent problem solver and proactive

Must Haves:

  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience working with analytics tools, such as Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and user experience
  • 4+ years of experience as an eCommerce / Digital / Marketing Manager
  • Understanding of the luxury customer and our brand DNA

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience within the luxury / homeware / lifestyle sector or strong D2C brand
  • Experience trading in overseas markets, such as the US and Europe
  • Experience of using other marketing and eCommerce software such as Klaviyo, to support the team as required

The Role

On a day to day basis, you will report directly to the Founder and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management and ownership of our Shopify Plus site
  • Management of relationships and roadmap with our agency partners
  • Work closely with the SLT to extract key insights from weekly trade reports and translate these insights effectively into team actions across eCommerce, brand and marketing
  • Manage our annual Marketing Calendar and the execution of the eCommerce Strategy

As part of our approach to creating a flexible working environment, we are open to applicants seeking either full and part time employment with the possibility for hybrid working.
