With categories spanning bed, bath, table and home decor, our collections are consciously designed and manufactured with our artisan and heritage partners around the world, ensuring we create unique, joyful and design-forward collections. As a brand, we are customer and digitally focused, entrepreneurial, passionate and positive.
With plenty of organic growth firmly established, we are seeking an experienced, goal-orientated and dynamic eCommerce Manager (a newly created role) to join our team on a full or part-time basis. We have ambitious targets for the continued growth of the brand and seek an individual who can contribute to our planned success with meaningful insights and application of expert knowledge.

Must Haves
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience working with analytics tools, such as Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics
- Experience working with external agencies
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and user experience
- 4+ years of experience as an eCommerce / Digital / Marketing Manager
- Understanding of the luxury customer and our brand DNA
Nice to Haves
- Experience within the luxury / homeware / lifestyle sector or strong D2C brand
- Experience trading in overseas markets, such as the US and Europe
- Experience of using other marketing and eCommerce software such as Klaviyo, to support the team as required
The Role
On a day to day basis, you will report directly to the Founder and your key responsibilities will include:
- Management and ownership of our Shopify Plus site
- Management of relationships and roadmap with our agency partners
- Work closely with the SLT to extract key insights from weekly trade reports and translate these insights effectively into team actions across eCommerce, brand and marketing
- Manage our annual Marketing Calendar and the execution of the eCommerce Strategy

The right fit and experience for the brand is most important. Competitive salary, dependent on experience. Part-time roles will be offered on a pro-rata basis.
