Reassured are looking for Protection Advisers to be part of a collaborative remote team across the UK. Reassured Ltd has established locations in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, Manchester, Bristol, Bournemouth and Chester. Responsibilities
- You will be making outbound calls to a warm database of clients, with the objective of providing a range of suitable insurance products on an advised basis.
- Conduct a robust and conversational fact find with each client, ensuring the correct outcome is presented.
- Offer a range of products which are suitable for our customers and their budget.
- Quality matters! So, maintaining a high standard of compliance is essential.
- You will manage a pipeline of business effectively.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills are needed to understand and address customers’ needs.
- As an insurance broker with access to the whole of the market, our Advisers are expected to be knowledgeable, tenacious, and passionate about protecting customers properly at all times.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate significant success and experience in selling life insurance, critical illness cover & income protection on an advised basis.
- The ability to learn, retain and articulate detailed product knowledge.
- You should enjoy a fast-paced sales environment and be able to demonstrate how you set and achieve goals regularly.
- You will have worked to FCA regulations and can demonstrate a high standard of compliance in your work at all times.
- Good communication skills are super important, so our customers get the best out of you and your advice.
- You will receive a heap of support and development but the ability to self-motivate and work as a team is also necessary.
- Ideally you will have an R05 certification or equivalent although this is not essential.
