About the Role: You\’ll play a crucial role in delivering induction, sales development, conduct, and compliance training, while also helping our agents deliver great customer outcomes. Your efforts will support our employees\’ success across all departments, ensuring they align with our corporate culture and regulatory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging induction and sales development training.
- Support and guide sales agents from induction through probation.
- Create and update training materials.
- Conduct development reviews and coaching sessions with sales agents during their induction period.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business training needs.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulatory training standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging training materials.
- Experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Desirable:
