Responsibilities

  • You will be contacting customers who cannot obtain life insurance through our core panel by telephone to look to provide alternative solutions (no cold calling).
  • Overcoming customer concerns and selling the benefits of our products and services.
  • Performing fact finds, providing solutions and arranging Life Insurance policies for our existing customers over the phone in line with our sales process.
  • Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge.
