Reporting to the Organisational Development Business Partner, this role will support and deliver a broad portfolio of organisational development initiatives across culture, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, performance development and employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple people initiatives, turning ideas into practical solutions that strengthen culture, capability and colleague engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Culture & Organisational Development
- Support the delivery of organisational development initiatives that strengthen Reassured’s culture and ways of working.
- Contribute to culture change programmes and initiatives that support high performance and inclusive leadership.
- Help translate people strategy into practical tools, resources and interventions for managers and teams.
- Performance Development
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of Reassured’s performance development approach.
- Help create practical guidance, tools and resources that support meaningful performance conversations.
- Work with managers to promote a culture of feedback, growth and development.
- Lead a review and refresh of the performance management process and system to engage and motivate team members to take accountability for their own performance and to build people leader capability in creating a high-performance culture in core teams.
- Project Support & Delivery
- Coordinate and support the delivery of varied organisational development projects across the business.
- Track progress, gather feedback and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Team People and the wider business to ensure successful outcomes.
- Employee Experience
- Support initiatives that enhance the end-to-end colleague experience, from onboarding through to career development and offboarding.
- Work with colleagues across Team People to turn insights into meaningful actions that improve everyday employee experience.
- Use data and insights that inform OD strategies and measure effectiveness.
- Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
- Contribute to the delivery of Reassured’s ED&I priorities and initiatives.
- Support the development of inclusive practices, resources and learning opportunities for managers and teams.
- Assist in analysing diversity data and insights to help inform continuous improvement.

- Experience in organisational development, people development, HR or employee experience roles.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and interest in culture, wellbeing, ED&I and people development.
- The ability to analyse and interpret people data and insights.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Influencing and relationship building.
- Ability to work in high volume / high pressure environments.
