Reassured is looking for a commercially minded People Insight & Intelligence Partner to join Team People. This role sits at the centre of how we understand our people, turning data into meaningful insight that shapes decisions, improves colleague experience, and drives organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing people data to identify trends, patterns and underlying drivers across the colleague lifecycle.
- Turning complex data into clear, relevant insight that supports decision making.
- Developing dashboards and visualisations that make data easy to access and understand.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement, with clear recommendations.
- Supporting people initiatives and transformation activity through data and insight.
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and appropriate governance.
Experience Required:
- Experience in analytics, insight or data-focused roles (people/HR data is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and contextualise data.
- Experience building dashboards and working with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Advanced Excel and strong overall data literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
- Experience working with people or workforce data.
- Experience in a fast-paced or commercial environment.
- Exposure to data automation or process improvement.
