ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of your new role:
- The role is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries, selling life insurance and other protection products.
- Outbound B2C sales from internet-generated leads
- Sell life insurance and protection products
- Conduct fact-finds, provide quotes, and arrange policies over the phone
- Ensure compliance and deliver positive customer outcomes
- Embrace company values like integrity, resilience, and growth mindset
- Hit individual sales targets and contribute to team success

- Excellent written, verbal & listening communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to communicate across a wide range of customers
