We’re looking for a proactive and personable IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and our internal users supported.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1st line support via phone and ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Support the rollout of new tools and technologies
- Escalate complex issues following established processes
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware, and internet fundamentals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic IT support
- Desirable: familiarity with ticketing systems and a full driving licence
