Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy? Reassured is looking for a Commission Investigation Officer to join our Finance team in Basingstoke. You will help ensure we receive the correct commission for all products sold and that our records are accurate and complete. This role involves regular contact with insurers and internal teams, making it well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems and working with data.
Responsibilities
- Managing commission statements, checking payments and resolving discrepancies
- Contacting insurers professionally by telephone and email
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Running basic reports to support commission analysis
- Recording clear notes to support audit and data accuracy
- Flagging concerns to the Senior Commissions Investigation Officer
- Meeting agreed service levels and supporting Consumer Duty requirements
Qualifications
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Experience working in a fast paced or regulated environment
- Team focused with the ability to achieve individual success
- Insurance knowledge
- Experience using a CRM system
- Power BI experience
