About the Role: We’re Reassured – a growing, dynamic business who have a deep appreciation of our people as we understand they are our strongest asset. We are the UK’s largest Life Insurance intermediary who pride ourselves on protecting as many families as possible, and we’re looking for a Personal Assistant who will provide essential support to the CEO and the wider Executive team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation, ensuring that the executive team operates smoothly across our multi-site business – flexibility and a hands-on approach are key. Some Key Responsibilities: Meeting Coordination : Schedule board and committee meetings, create agendas with the CEO and Chairman, and ensure all materials are prepared and shared in advance.
